Partial Refund

If you are unsatisfied with the Heartstring service, we can offer a partial refund of no more than 50% of the original purchase price. This is due to the incurred costs associated with generating Heartstrings. This partial refund can be claimed only if you have an active Heartstring account. Refund requests should be submitted using the form at the bottom of this page. Please note that refunds will not be processed if your Heartstring account has been canceled. All data related to canceled accounts is removed from our system, and without this data, we cannot verify your original order or the number of credits used.

Full Refund

In special cases, where there are bugs or generation errors, a full refund can be considered. These cases refer specifically to instances where the quality of the output was hindered due to a system error on our platform. In such cases, we first strive to resolve the issue by providing complimentary Heartstring credits to replace lost ones. If the issue persists, a full refund may be considered.

Refund Timeframe

All refund requests should be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, fill out the form provided at the bottom of this page. The form requires specific information that will help us process your request efficiently. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate to avoid delays in the refund process.

Keep in mind that if your Heartstring account is canceled before you make a refund request, we will not be able to process your refund, as we will not be able to verify your original order or the number of credits used. Please make sure your account remains active until the refund process is completed.
